Madonna arrived at Nassau Coliseum in Long Island this week to start rehearsals for her MDNA Tour, Newsday.com reports. The Queen is using the elaborate stage set that will travel around the world with her. Madonna will spend plenty of time in Uniondale before her tour launches in Tel Aviv on May 31.
Judging from photos of the closed rehearsals she released on Facebook, the massive, triangle-shaped set includes two walkways for Madonna to wade into the crowd in the floor seats and an enclosed area where fans can get close to the stage. There will also be a huge three-part video screen that promoters have called the largest in the world.
Cirque de Soleil is working with Madonna again for her upcoming MDNA World Tour, therefore it is not a big surprise that, after the collaboration for the Super Bowl, Moment Factory is currently working on Madonna tour.
